You can use tons of different kinds of essential oils in your diffuser! All essential oils are good for different things too, which I love. There’s this one essential oil from Do Terra (a Canadian brand) that I LOVE, it’s called “Easy Air” and it literally clears your sinuses, so if you have a cold or if you have allergies, this does WONDERS. It’s definitely my favourite essential oil that I use because of that. But there’s so many other essential oils that are good for different things, like lowering your stress and anxiety, helping with your breathing etc. You can’t go wrong with having one in your space! No matter what, it’s going to improve your health and the way you feel in some way.
Diffusers are also proven to help improve your sleep quality. Studies have shown that having your diffuser on overnight in your bedroom allows you to have a better sleep. They’re overall great for helping you relax and wind down before bed. When I use it at night, I really find that it makes a difference in my cortisol before going to sleep and helps me fall asleep faster. One essential oil that I really love, also from Do Terra called “Serenity“, is so nice for getting myself in the right mental space and mood for going to sleep.
Overall, diffusers are just great for creating some ambience and good vibes in your space. With the health benefits aside, the essential oils just smell great and make your home or bedroom smell really nice. They create such a cozy vibe that I can’t explain, and that I love so much. Diffusers are like lighting a candle, except they have health and sleep benefits! Which is such a win-win in my books. My favourite diffusers are from Do Terra and Saje, and you definitely need to pick one up this Fall/Winter season.
